The Sea Shells Resort leisure & fitness centre, is located 150 meters away from the hotel and includes free use of indoor pool (heated during winter months), gym, jacuzzi, squash court, sauna and massage, an enormous outdoor swimming pool and two children’s pools (one with a fun slide). A daily animation programme and live music entertainment in the evening are co-ordinated by the hotel's in-house animation team. An activities centre is also available providing billiards, table tennis, video games, surfing, sailing, water ski, jet ski, and a professional diving school for beginners as well as experienced divers (PADI Divemaster).

Rooms at the Seashells Resort vary in size and finsih with most hotel rooms enjoying sea views from their own balcony. The hotel enjoys 253 rooms in total, 24 of which are without a balcony and are ideal as interconnecting family rooms, 114 triple rooms, 84 Suites and 2 Presidential Suites. All rooms are equipped with a hair dryer, direct dial telephone , TV, ceiling fan, air-conditioning and/or heating (according to season), bath, and daily maid service. Minibar, Fridge, Tea & Coffee making facilities are available upon request.

Family Rooms - consist of two separate rooms with an interconnecting door. These units consist of two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, direct dial telephones, satellite TVs, ceiling fans, mini bar, two hairdryers, fire alarm detectors, centralised air-conditioning units during the summer season and central heating units during the winter season with individual climate controls. The unit enjoys a private balcony and a window overlooking the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea.

The main features include a walk in shower, toilet raiser, shower seat, handle bars in bathroom, air-conditioning in summer and central heating in winter with individual climate control, en-suite bathroom, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, mini bar, hairdryer, fire alarm detector, ceiling fan and a private balcony overlooking the town of Qawra. All rooms contain twin beds and are also available for single occupancy.  A third or fourth bed can also be added for triple/quadruple occupancy upon request.
