The Cavalieri St Julians Hotel is a south facing property right on the water’s edge. It is modern, stylish with comfortable furnishings and an attractive décor and consists of well appointed hotel rooms with full sea views of st. julians Bay or the Portomaso  Yacht Marina and the sea beyond. The Hotel has its own private lido with a large outdoor swimming pool as well as a large sundeck with sun beds, parasols, changing rooms, showers and a childrens’ paddling pool. Guests may also make use of the indoor swimming pool which is enclosed within a solarium and is heated between November and April. A sauna is also available. During the summer months this indoor solarium is opened up where the pool may be used as a second swimming pool.

The Hotel offers a variety of high quality dining and catering options, with "Ottocento", the hotel’s main restaurant enjoying panoramic views over St.Jjulians Bay and serving buffets, breakfast, lunch and dinner. During the warmer months ‘al fresco’  dining is available at the "Pommarola" restaurant which is located on the pool deck offering fresh fish, meats and local produce as well as specializing in pizza and pasta. The "Baconoir" lounge bar is a wine bar with a difference, and overlooks both Balluta and Spinola Bays brininging together a unique setting, a wide array of snacks and platters and a variety of drinks, cocktails and wines that will undoubtedly appeal to customers of all generations.

All the 258 Guest Rooms are tastefully decorated and are all furnished with queen sized beds. Most rooms have balconies with balcony furniture where again guests may enjoy the open sea views. Rooms are air conditioned or centrally heated and are equipped with direct dial telephone, internet connection (with a nominal charge), satellite television with radio, a complementary safety deposit box, mini fridge / bar, hair dryer, and trouser press. Rooms are usually offered in three categories which are Economy, Marina or Bay View. A limited number of rooms also offer guests their own private terraces complete with furniture and sunbeds. Rooms may accommodate up to four guests in two queen sized beds. Interconnecting rooms are also available.
